We left in early November 2023. It's been 2 months and we still have not received our deposit back. Contacted them via emails many times and they keep going round and round saying that we should receive the funds within the next few days, but it never happened. We tried calling the office, but it's always closed. They are very prompt in getting the payment from you, but not when returning the deposit. Despite the many emails, now the staff is asking me to click some link and fill in an enquiry form all over again. It is very frustrating dealing with them.
Jimmy is very helpful and very prompt with his replies. Answers queries patiently.
Apartment location is great with affordable price. Surrounding is abit noisy during the day because of the renovation. Otherwise is fine.
Apartment is generally clean during handover. Only that the helper needs to remember to mop the floor before handing over the keys.
Randy's replies are not as prompt as Jimmy though. Something that can be improved on.
Overall experience is considerably good.
Wonderful checkin experience made possible by Jimmy. Overall requests were met with good timing. Earlier site show round by Randy was superb and informative.

I contacted 6 or 7 service accommodation companies and Metro Residences was by far the best in terms of professionalism and speed. Their rates were also better than their competitors when I compared similar condo listings! The entire team (particularly Jimmy) was highly responsive and always helpful. Complimentary monthly cleaning was also done to satisfaction. In summary, my review of Metro Residences is overwhelmingly positive! Do use them and you will not be disappointed.
